partners I am Namsoo Kim, Co-CEO of TheBkor.

My journey began with a strong academic foundation at Korea University, and evolved through executive roles at Unilever, Mars, Chanel Korea, and Dior— global houses where excellence is not merely pursued, but expected.

These experiences have given me a refined understanding of the standards, discipline, and philosophy required to guide TheBkor toward its next chapter. My time at Chanel offered a unique vantage point :a place where a brand does more than exist; it creates a world of its own.

There, I came to understand how true quality becomes culture, and how a single idea, crafted with depth, can define an entire market.

Together with the intellectual rigor I cultivated during my graduate studies, these insights have shaped the lens through which I envision TheBkor today. TheBkor stands at a moment of meaningful transition.
